P/N Checker is a reliable tester which distinguishs P-N type of silicon semiconductors by using either rectification method or thermo-electromotive force method.
This unit can distinguish a test material between P type and N type by either using a Pin probe or Hot probe.

<Applications>
- For wafer: You can check PN by softly pressing the wafer on the stage.
- For ingot: You can check PN by softly pressing hot probe on the sample surface.
